The premiere of Kaaos Company’s new work “To be seen” – at the University of Helsinki, 9.5.2025, at the banquet of the Nordic network disability research, NNDR seminar.
“To Be Seen” is a duet based on Noora Västinen’s and Nilas Lindell’s conversations about how they see themselves and each other and how we as humans see ourselves and each other. The theme is at once social and personal and very multi-dimensional.
The soundscape of the piece is composed by Sami Kekäläinen and as part of the soundscape we also hear what the surfaces of a wheelchair sound like when you play them.
