Jennifer specializes in adaptive yoga for diverse bodies and minds\, integrating a trauma-sensitive and neurodiversity-affirming approach. \nThrough gentle movement\, guided meditation\, and group reflection\, participants will explore how contemplative\, body-oriented practices can and must be made accessible to all.
