DESCRIPTION:Description\nThe movement improvisation class will start with a teacher-led opening circle and a short introduction of the teacher and participants to create a safe space together. This is followed by a guided warm-up with music. All activities are voluntary. Participants are encouraged to listen to their own body and follow their needs.\nThe class continues in pairs and small groups with teacher-led exercises with clear instructions and structure to support dancing together and discovering new expressions. This may include experimentation and encouragement of safe ways to experiment and play with the unknown.\nThe class will usually build towards dancing together and improvisation by the whole group.
