Workshop: The old idea

Description

This workshop is a creative exploration of space, movement, and memory—a chance to refresh how we move and how we think about movement. Through collaboration in small groups, we’ll discover new ways of moving, challenge habitual patterns, and encourage participants to break free from their own expectations.

Using Oblique Strategies, we’ll shift perspective, loosen structure, and invite unpredictability into the creative process. We’ll explore how to rework, edit, or even dismantle movement phrases—without remorse or judgment.

This is a space for play, risk, and fun.
